'Train a child the way the child should go and make sure you also go the same way'
Having raised two amazing daughters myself, I have learned that it is the habits that children form at home, that follow them through their lives.
I have also come to recognize and honour that children are contributing members of the family and that they make a difference.
At Busybees We believe in the competencies and potential of all children.
The How?
Let’s watch, talk and listen with your child during these important early years
What we believe in...
We don't rush children through this time. Everything they do - from what they learn, to the relationships they build and the challenges they navigate - lays a foundation for their future. We are here to help them, and you, through these years, and believe that the care your family receives at Busybees will span a lifetime
In everything we do from the office to the classroom, from our business decisions to our interactions with parents, children and co-workers, we conduct ourselves with honest and straightforward actions and speech. We do what is right, because it it right.
We value each co-workers’ knowledge, parents’ beliefs, children’s individual differences, and the philosophy of Busybees Day Care and Learning Center.
We are aware of parents’ expectations of school, their children and staff. We work to meet or exceed these by demonstrating a personal commitment to child care. We take ownership and pride in what we do.
We provide a service to our parents, meet the needs of young children and work together to provide a happy, safe, nurturing environment for everyone that is involved with the school.
Our actions are based on sound knowledge and accountability for our actions. young children and work
